A Note on Investment
Pricing Philosophy: We do not publish fixed rates for kitchen and bath remodels because every project is genuinely different — and because publishing a number without knowing the scope would set the wrong expectations from the start. What we can tell you is that we work within the investment range you bring to the project, we are transparent about what is achievable at every budget level, and we have never believed in quoting low to win a project and adjusting later. What you discuss with us is what you plan around.
What affects the investment:
• Project scope: A full kitchen remodel and a single bathroom refresh require very different levels of design time, material investment, and coordination.• Material selections: The choices made during the design phase — cabinetry, stone, tile, fixtures — have the greatest impact on overall cost.• Structural complexity: Projects that require changes to layout, plumbing, or electrical will add to both timeline and budget.• Timeline: Rush timelines can increase costs. Projects with more planning time generally run more efficiently.
If you have a budget in mind and want to understand what is possible within it, the best place to start is a conversation.
